On top of that, I've also been writing bonus content for my website and the back of the UK edition of the Soul Screamers books and brainstorming cover stuff for the first in my new adult series, which will be headed to its cover conference very, very soon.
So, to make up for my disappearing act, today I have the winner of the Alpha trailer contest as well as some more pictures from the Smart Chicks tour!
First up, the contest... Thanks to all who entered! More than 160 of you posted the Alpha trailer to help me spread the word, and many of you posted it multiple places, and I can't thank you all enough!
And the winner, selected by random number generator, is... Brandy, whose entry began,
"I am super excited to read this and also incredibly sad to say good bye ..."
Brandy, please email me (rachelATrachelvincentDOTcom) to claim your prize.

Alpha blog tour!
Here's a list of interviews I've done so far in the Alpha blog tour. I'll be updating it frequently:
- Jessica Rabbit's Corner (Note: this site contains adult-only images, though my interview is rated G ;))

That's sad!
Are you going to have another give way??
I really hope you do!
I really want an advanced copy that's signed! I was really hoping I would win!

thank you again!
Hey Rachel! Thanks again for taking time to do the interview over on my blog, lots of fun. And I think when you get the chance to build one of those haunted gingerbread houses of yours you should take a pic and show it off. :)
I am so excited I've already got Alpha pre-ordered and it will be delivered to my Kindle on Sept 28th! Even though this will be the last werecat book, I am so thankful I was stubborn enough to keep looking for a good werecat series. It has been great ride with Faythe and all of the South-central pride :) Can't wait to see what your new adult series is going to be!
Rachel,
It's hard to keep all those pots boiling.
Here's my writer joke for the week. I'm working on about three manuscripts right now. I asked my editor if we could alternate working on projects. Her answer was something like, 'Sure. As long as I don't have to remember titles'.
Hmmm.. . is that a good thing?
